I struggled for almost five minutes to get this site to open, however, it wouldn't. I was frustrated and ended up giving up on it - if they'd like people to read their information, they should be sure that their page loads continually.

I had no trouble loading this site at all...maybe the previous rater had a browser issue? Much good information about ergonomics and how your workstation setup can affect your well-being. If you have headaches that tend to show up when you arrive at work and disappear a few hours after you leave, it may not just be your job! Check that workstation.
