Headaches resulting from or leading to neck pain can make a sufferer desperate for relief. The Yoga exercises described here can help alleviate or even eliminate such pain by correcting posture and strengthening the neck, shoulders, chest, spine and abdomen. I have a hard time following written instructions without pictures or, better yet, a live instructor, so I found the supplemental videos to be an added bonus!
